| 1. | Pipes are manufactured from coiled stock with strict ranges and limits of chemical composition having a low content of detrimental impurities (sulphur, phosphorus) and nonmetallic inclusions with a minimum variation in wall thickness. |
| 2. | Precise wall thickness of coiled stock, up-to-date technology, modern equipment, and high precision of rolls ensure that finished pipes have better geometry compared to the same seamless pipe. That allows us to make more precise design calculations and therefore to lower the cost. |
| 3. | 100% of welded seams are non-full body heat-treated to normalize weld seam structure and achieve the same strength as of base metal. |
| 4. | Upon request by the purchaser, we can manufacture pipe of intermediate sizes and grades. |
