| Characteristics: |
| 1. | Pipes are manufactured from coiled stock with strict ranges and limits of chemical composition having a low content of detrimental impurities (sulphur, phosphorus) and nonmetallic inclusions with a minimum variation in wall thickness. |
| 2. | Precise wall thickness of coiled stock, up-to-date technology, modern equipment, and high precision of rolls ensure that finished pipes have better geometry compared to the same seamless pipe. That allows us to make more precise tubing string design calculations and therefore to lower the cost. |
| 3. | The inside and outside flash is removed in the welding line. The outside flash is completely removed, the height of the inside flash shall not exceed 0,3 mm. |
| 4. | Weld joint is non-full body heat-treated to normalize weld seam structure and achieve the same strength as of base metal. |
| 5. | The process technology and the equipment of the mill allows us to thread round and buttress threads in accordance with the national and international standards and licenses. |
| 6. | The use of a specially designed steel grade 18ГФБ allows us to manufacture pipe in a cold-resistant model (with a working temperature below -60°С) in accordance with ТU 14-3Р-31-2005. |
| 7. | The use of the special steel grades (22ГЮ, 25ГЮ, 18ГФБ) and full-body heat treatment allows us to manufacture the following pipe grades:
- Дс, Кс, Ес, Лс, Мс (по ГОСТ Р 52203 и ТУ 14-3Р-31-05);
- H40, J55, L80 тип 1, N80 тип 1, N80Q (по API Spec 5CT).

| 8. | Upon request by the purchaser, we can manufacture pipe of intermediate sizes and grades. |
| 9. | In order to protect pipe from corrosion while in transit, pipes are given protective lacquer with the subsequent ultraviolet drying using a unique system (the only one existed in Russia) that ensures a high-quality coating and a longer storage period. |
